Fire-Blistered Tomatoes with Burrata on the Buschbeck

This is the dish I make when friends turn up before I'm ready - ten minutes over the coals on the Buschbeck and cherry tomatoes go sweet and jammy, ready for a cold burrata to be torn into the middle.
