Kitty Van Horne

A redheaded beauty, Kitty Van Horne loves to soak up the spotlight! She delights in entertaining an appreciative audience. A versatile feline, she is right at home on the stage, whether prowling around or purring sweet nothings. Born out of a NIDA Cabaret course, Kitty has been showcasing her burlesque inspired performances in Sydney since 2006. Her acts range from traditional bump-and-grind balloon-pop, to embodying a ‘perfect’ 1950’s housewife with a dark side, to crooning a tune into her be-jewelled vintage microphone. Her voice is equal parts velvet, honey and catnip. Fascinated by vintage styling and performance, she channels the allure and seduction of performers from another era. Kitty relishes making decadent costumes and props. Her favourite is a stunning tail made from luscious ostrich feathers that would make any peacock green with envy. Possessing a keen eye for detail and an elaborate collection of corsets, costumes and accessories, Kitty can develop an act especially for you.
